The rain poured hard that day in Wichita, Kansas. The storms came without reservation at Camp Hiawatha, yet a union was still to be had. Her dreams of having an outdoor wedding near the place he committed his love and life to her, asking for her hand in marriage was becoming dimmer and dimmer, yet her hope unwavering. In her heart she knew that no matter, rain or shine, she would be unified once and for all with the love of her life that very day. And to both, that’s all that mattered. Their happily ever after was just beginning.
